Queer Jewish Students Visit San Francisco
The National Union of Jewish LGBT Students (NUJLS) held its sixth annual National Student Leadership Conference in San Francisco over a long weekend in February. Conference organizers welcomed students from all over the U.S. and Canada to a weekend of networking and socializing.
Topics addressed at the conference ranged from queer issues in Torah to interfaith dating and eco-Judaism. Erik Saddik, executive director and conference organizer stated that the program left attendees with much to think about as they return to their campuses.
