The first Brit Ahava in France at Beit Haverim
The Beit Haverim board is happy to announce the first Brit Ahava in France.
The Brit Ahava is the « covenant of love » adapted from the forms of Jewish tradition for the union between two women or two men.
With a minyan, Samuel, co-president of Beit Haverim, celebrated the first Brit Ahava in Paris, on 4th septembre 2011.
This blessing is made for already several years in the United States, the United Kingdom and in the Netherlands.
In the presence of their families and friends ; Judith & Angélique said « YES » under the houppa before breaking the glass.
We wish Judith & Angélique hapiness in their couple and their future.

Le Conseil d’Administration de Beit Haverim est heureux d’annoncer la première Brit Ahava en France.
La Brit Ahava est « l’alliance d’amour » adaptée selon les formes de la tradition juive lors de l’union entre deux femmes ou deux hommes.
Elle a été célébrée en présence d’un minyane à Paris le 4 septembre 2011 par Samuel, le coprésident de Beit Haverim.
Cette bénédiction est faites depuis déjà plusieurs années aux Etats-Unis, Royaume-Uni et aux Pays-Bas.
En présence de leurs familles et ami-e-s; Judith & Angélique se sont dit « OUI » sous la houppa avant de casser le verre.
Nous souhaitons à Judith & Angélique beaucoup de bonheur dans leur couple et leur avenir.
