Detroit, MI - USA - The Jewish Gay Network of Michigan service will be held in front of the Jewish Community Center of Metropolitan Detroit, 6600 W. Maple Road in West Bloomfield. Those scheduled to speak include Dan Levy, chief legal officer, State of Michigan Department of Civil Rights and ADL board member, and Rabbi Aaron Starr, director of education and lifelong learning at Congregation Shaarey Zedek. New York, NY - USA Memorial and Solidarity Tehillim Service for the victims of the attack on the Tel Aviv gay and lesbian youth group. Join the community-wide memorial service as we stand in solidarity with the victims of this vicious attack and renounce violence in the Jewish community. The service will include Rabbinic messages, the reading of tehillim (psalms) and personal accounts of what its like growing up gay and Jewish. Atlanta, GA - USA - An interfaith vigil in response to the recent shootings in Tel Aviv has been announced.
